Our sale guy was Matt who was totally awesome!!! I was able to text or call him with any questions I had. He would get back to me in a matter of minutes. At them time we need new gutters. I had no idea that I also need a new roof do to storm damage. Matt work closely with my insurance company and me to get the new roof. We did run into a few minor issues along the way. The owner of the company came out to make everything right and spoke to us face-to-face. This speaks volume and show they really care about their customers!!! I would recommend Cost Savers to anybody!!! My new roof and gutters look amazing!!

John has been amazingly patient with us throughout the process of getting our roof replaced. He has made multiple trips to the house to help us work out a plan to address the roof and gutters. He assisted us in filing an insurance claim for the wind damage on our roof and was very personable and knowledgeable in addressing questions and providing professional opinions. We opted to switch out our box vents for ridge vents and will be getting gutter guards installed. The materials for the roof were delivered prior to the install day. The roof was installed quickly and they took great care to clean up all debris and came back for the dumpster the same night. No complaints and the roof looks great!

He was very professional, courteous, and trustworthy and knowledgeable. He handled our claim and took care of everything so we didn't have to worry about anything.
